Privacy Policy

The short version

Last Longer works without an account. Your training data lives on your phone. If you choose to create an account, we store your email address and your training statistics so we can back them up and restore them for you. That is all. No ads, no selling of data, no tracking.

Who we are

The Last Longer app is made by Guttae AB, a company registered in Sweden. You can reach us any time at info@guttae.se.

Data stored on your phone

By default, everything the app knows about you stays on your device: your training plan, completed sessions, level, test results and settings. This data never leaves your phone unless you create an account. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Data we store if you create an account

Creating an account is optional. It exists so your progress can be backed up and restored on a new phone. If you sign in with Apple, Google or email, we store:

• Your email address (Apple may give us a private relay address if you choose Hide My Email)
• Your training statistics: sessions, level, test results and plan settings

This data is stored with Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication) on servers located in the European Union. It is protected by access rules so that only you, signed in as you, can read or write your own data. We may use your email to send occasional updates about the app; every such email lets you opt out.

What we never do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
• We do not show ads or use advertising trackers
• We do not collect analytics that identify you
• We do not store anything about your sexual activity; the app only records training sessions you complete

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all cloud data directly in the app: Profile, then Account, then Delete account and cloud data. This permanently removes your account and your backup. Data on your phone is removed by deleting the app or using Reset everything in the app. You can also email us at info@guttae.se and we will delete your data for you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export and erase your personal data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Since we store almost nothing, the fastest route for any of these is the in-app deletion or an email to us.

Not medical advice

The app offers training guidance, not medical advice. If you have pain, sudden changes or other symptoms, talk to a clinician.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
